Our breads are all hand rolled, made with only flour, water, salt & yeast. They have been made by our family the same way for over 25 years at the Italian Bakery in Victoria. All the loaves are made for us by Alberto & his team, fresh each morning & are supplemented by our own creations at Ottavio. These include more hand made breads, fresh fruit galettes, scones, savoury tortas, focaccia & fougasse.
Our cakes, pastries & cookies are all made by our family at the Italian Bakery & Ottavio from our family recipes dating to the 1920's in Torino, Italy. Our cakes are made with pure butter cream, just 100% butter & our own custard, nice & rich but not too sweet. All our cookies & pastries are made with natural products (sweet butter, nuts & fruits) & without colour.
