Ottavio has over 230 selections of artisan cheeses from Europe and Canada with a focus on local and
Quebec cheeses. We pride ourselves on our varied list of high quality, fresh cheeses and cheese accompaniments.
We can accommodate special requests, different budget requirements, small or large portions and
quick service time frames. We are available to do cheese training workshops for front and back
staff and to help you with ideas for in house or prepared accompaniments for cheese.
Meats
Looking for Jamon Serrano? Prosciutto di Parma? Buenderfleisch? Ottavio carries many special European cured meats,
Local Oyama cured meats & course country Quebec game patés. Let us provide you with sliced cured meats
for Meat and Cheese plates, Garde Manger specials or other special theme menu requirements.
Olives
Ottavio is a great resource for unique large format olives. Among the olives we offer: Niçoise, Cerignola,
Sicilian, Picholine, Arbequina, and Calabrese olives.
Organic Milk Gelato
All our gelato is made in-house with organic milk and locally sourced fruit. Our gelato is super low in fat,
gluten-free and has that wonderful perfect smooth consistency that fresh made gelato should have.
We carry a wide selection of mouth-watering flavors and we're able to custom make gelato to your unique flavor requests.
Finishing Oils, Vinegars, Pastas, grains and mustards
Looking for inspiration or new ideas? Ottavio makes for a great supply source of high quality ingredients
that you can't always get from your regular suppliers (or in the unit you want). Ottavio's expansive
flavor-range of olive oils make a wonderful finishing product whether you're looking for something strong,
grassy, buttery, peppery or mild. We carry a full range of specialty vinegars, flavoured vincotto, and aged balsamics.
We also carry De Cecco and Rustichella d'Abruzzo pasta, Kozlik's and E.Fallot flavoured mustards,
Acquerello aged risotto rice and much, much more!
